Applications for the Skoltech University Scholarship 2027 are opening soon. It is a fully funded program for international students from all countries to study Master’s or PhD in Russia. It covers full tuition private medical insurance monthly stipend and accommodation. No IELTS GRE or SAT is required. The program gives about 280 spots for Master’s and 120 for PhD each year.
